What is the cost of using your agency's services?

Fees per company can vary depending on the job role. We will provide you with a transparent fee structure during our initial consultation.

 

 

How do you source and screen candidates?

We use a combination of methods, including job postings, networking, and database searches, to find potential candidates. We fully understand the importance of safeguarding. So much so we have an entire Department dedicated to ensuring that all Compliance is satisfied prior to candidates commencing their assignment. Our Summary Reports allow our Clients to review exactly what information we hold on file throughout the recruitment process and our New Starter Packs combine these documents into one, easy to read file.

 

 

How long does it take to fill a job opening?

The time to fill a job opening can vary depending on factors such as the job market, the complexity of the role, and the availability of qualified candidates. We aim to find the right candidate as efficiently as possible.

 

 

Do you only work with large companies, or can small businesses also benefit from your services?

We work with companies of all sizes, from small businesses to national college groups. Our goal is to assist any organisation in finding the right talent for their needs.

 

 

What happens if a candidate placed by your agency doesn't meet our expectations?

We strive to make successful placements, but if a candidate does not meet your expectations, we offer replacement guarantees. We will work diligently to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

When will I get paid?

Candidates fill in a weekly timesheet, once this has been approved by their manager they will be paid at the end of the following week.

 

Do you offer a discount for repeat business?

At what stage do we have to pay a fee?

For permanent recruitment, we invoice on the day the candidate starts, and for temporary recruitment, we invoice weekly on approved timesheets.  

 

What do we do if we are not 100% happy with the staff you have supplied?

Firstly, we’d ask you to make contact with your consultant as soon as you have a concern. You being happy is what’s most important to us, so we will work with you in finding a solution for you.
