Hours – Monday – Friday
Other – 40 days leaves + bank holidays, teachers’ pension, free on-site parking
 
My client is a Berkshire based FE College who pride themselves on being a first-choice vocational educational institute committed to making a difference in its community. The college is looking for an Electrical/Electronic Engineering lecturer and assessor to join their established engineering team. As an Electrical/Electronic Engineering lecturer and assessor you will leading the way in creating innovative ways to engage with different levels of students using your industry knowledge and experiences to do so.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Delivering theory and practical elements as part of the apprenticeship programme
  • Assessing and verifying students work
  • Creating modern teaching methods and material
  • Sharing industry knowledge 
  • Managing learner’s progress 

Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronics engineering
  • Experience on site with apprentices or mentoring other workers
  • 5+ years industry experience
