Salary - £27,494 - £39,131 (a market supplement may apply subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Start – September 
Hours – Monday – Friday (0830-1700)
Other – 35 days leaves + bank holidays, teachers’ pension, free on-site parking
My client is a Surrey based FE College who are a leading further education institute who has also been praised for being one of the top FE college training providers. The college is looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Installation lecturer to join their team covering lecturing and assessing for levels 2 and 3. The college is looking for motivated individuals who are also looking for growth as they have potential for development into course leader roles within the department. The college also is interested in experienced electricians who have practical experience working with apprentices on site who would be interested in transitioning into a role in education as an Electrical Installation lecturer.
  • Theory and practical delivery
  • Assessing and verifying students work
  • Creating modern teaching methods and material
  • Sharing industry knowledge 
  • Managing learner’s progress 

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation  
  • Experience on site with apprentices or mentoring other workers
  • 5+ years industry experience
  • Teaching qualification or willing to work towards one
