TR2 Recruitment are working with a well-respected client based in Old Radnor who are looking for a General Administrator to join their Construction team to cover their current administrator whilst they are on Maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in clerical tasks, Spreadsheets, diagrams and possess excellent organisational skills.

Role Responsibilities.
  • General Administration duties; filing, phone calls, emails and general office tidiness.
  • Helping managers with spread sheets and diagrams that are sent out to Site and Contract Managers.
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is completed for site
  • Emailing/calling subcontractors for various information for diagrams and spreadsheets
  • General customer service.
This position is to start immediately and will be covering maternity cover until February 2025.

Previous experience.
  • Proven administration experience
  • Understanding of spreadsheets/diagrams
  • Construction Administration experience (desirable but not. essential)
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic office principles
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Confident using various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and MS Teams)
