Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic, highly organised, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide professional support to the CEO and CTO, as well as ad-hoc PA support to the rest of the Executive Team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career within a thriving and forward-thinking company, offering excellent exposure to senior leadership and opportunities for progression.

The role is a full time, permanent position, and you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the CEO and CTO.
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Assist with meeting agendas, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Support the wider Executive Team with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to company projects, events, and initiatives as required.
  • Undertake occasional travel (London to Cornwall) to support executive activities.

Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
  • Degree educated (this role is well suited to a recent graduate).
  • Energetic, positive, and professional with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ambitious, career-driven, and keen to progress within a growing business.
  • Sound IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential matters.

Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or administrative role (including internships or placements).
  • Familiarity with corporate environments or fast-paced, growth-stage businesses.
