Let's remember that mental health matters everywhere, even in the hustle and bustle of the recruitment industry. It's imperative to prioritise our mental health, it’s not a short stint or just a 'National Day' it's a long-term, ongoing investment.

Here are several ways we work towards enhancing the mental well-being of TR2 Recruitment employees all year round:

Promote Work-Life Balance: At TR2 we encourage employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance by setting clear expectations about working hours and providing flexibility when possible. 

Flexible Scheduling: We offer flexible start and end times and remote work options to accommodate personal needs and reduce commute-related stress and ease with childcare. 

 

Private Medical Healthcare Cover: Our company’s healthcare plan covers mental health services, including therapy and counselling if necessary. 

 

Regular Check-Ins: Employee growth matters to us. Each month we schedule 1-2-1 meetings between employees and managers to discuss workload, address stressors, and personal development. 

Time Off Policies: We implement generous 25 days a year paid time off policies, including sick leave and mental health days, to allow employees to take time when needed so they can recharge and rejuvenate 

 

Workspace Design: Step inside our large modern office, with lots of natural light, featuring a spacious communal room with entertainment, comfy office chairs and electronic height adjustable desks (oh very fancy I hear you say). This creates a comfortable and ergonomic workspace that promotes well-being.

Work Attire: At TR2, we're all about ensuring your comfort, both in your workspace and your attire. We understand that sitting at a desk, engaging in phone conversations all day, doesn't require a three-piece suit. We believe that when you're comfortable, you're at your most productive. Dress comfortably and get down to business!

 

Promote Physical Health: We always try to encourage regular exercise and healthy eating, our communal area is complete with darts, a pool table and arcade games to allow staff to socialise and come away from their desks during break times.
