Super exciting, super rewarding and at times, the pressure can feel super too - we've all worked in those environments before! But here at TR2, we try to keep all the supers to positive ones, whilst minimising the more stressful side of recruitment and maximising the amazing side of it. After all, we're the good guys.

Have you seen our insta? Our HQ is mega and features electronic height adjustable desks, Apple Macs and plenty of open space to roam when on the phone. On top of this, we have a separate dedicated breakout space complete with a pool table, dart board and areas to eat, drink, and get away from your busy desk. The coffee machine is always on, and when the sun shines we crack out the weber bbq and ice cold beers for lunch too!

Zero thresholds. Zilch. Nada. You literally earn cash on every single thing you bill! We have no idea why some places limit what you can earn by enforcing thresholds + complicated calculations to your commissions . We want you to earn the most you possibly can, so crack on!
