Pay:                            £30 - 40 an hour - depending on quals and experience

Required Skills

• Proven experience in teaching Foundation or Early Years education
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective learning strategies
• Sound knowledge of curriculum development in foundation learning stages

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in curriculum design for Foundation Learning
• Training or certification in specialist areas such as SEN or behavior management
• Familiarity with assessment frameworks and reporting systems
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices

Preferred Education and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with foundation or early learning pupils
• Prior experience in a leadership or coordinator role within an educational setting

Other Requirements

• Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training
• Flexibility to attend meetings, training sessions, and occasional community events
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
