Location: Ashford, Middlesex
Hours: 37 per week | ? 52 weeks per year
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Opportunity to gain Assessor Apprenticeship qualification

I am working with a dynamic Further Education provider in Ashford, Middlesex ; they are looking for an Electrical Training Coach and are actively looking for industry specialists to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

As an Electrical Training Coach, you will:
  • Deliver and assess electrical apprenticeship training across a range of programmes
  • Track learner progress and maintain accurate records in collaboration with employers
  • Coach and support employers in line with apprenticeship standards
  • Create a safe, high-quality learning environment with fair and consistent assessment practices
 
? What You’ll Need:
  • Level 3 Electrical qualification
  • Level 2 in Maths & English
  • Assessor qualification (A1, D32/33) – desirable
  • Verifier qualification (V1, D34) – desirable
  • Relevant industry experience
