	Ensure precise, timely, and fully compliant documentation of apprentice progress, maintaining up-to-date records that meet all regulatory, audit, and internal reporting standards.

	Ensure all records are consistently monitored, updated, and available for inspection or audit at any time. Proactively manage and verify the accuracy of information to support transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement of apprenticeship programmes.
	
	<li>
	Carry out comprehensive tripartite reviews of progress, ensuring that training plans are regularly updated, health and safety protocols are thoroughly reviewed, and apprentices meet all key milestones. Guarantee timely submission of all relevant documentation.
	
	<li>
	Manage the e-course log and ensure curriculum quality files are complete. Embrace and integrate learning technologies to support both teaching and administrative processes.
	
	<li>
	Use relevant tools, such as digital and e-portfolio platforms, to meet the individual needs of apprentices while ensuring compliance with college standards.
	
	<li>
	Participate in meetings, department training, and any other relevant professional development activities to stay updated with curriculum, teaching, and business development trends.
	
	<li>
	Ensure adherence to the requirements of funding rules, Awarding Bodies, End-Point Assessment Organisations, Ofsted, and College policies and procedures.
	
	<li>
	Work closely with the Services to Business and other cross-college departments to ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvement of apprenticeships.
	
	<li>
	Actively participate in the promotion of the college and contribute to recruitment efforts including open and career events to support the growth of the College including apprenticeships, FE, and HE.
