Customer Services Higher Education Lecturer
This HE Customer Services Lecturer is an exciting opportunity to teach and assess learners across a range of customer service and business-related courses within higher education. You will be working with a diverse student body, including adult learners and young adults progressing from further education. Courses may include modules in customer relationship management, communication, service delivery, and workplace professionalism, typically at Level 4 and above.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and workshops on customer service practices and theory
  • Teach and support students at higher education level (Level 4 and above)
  • Develop lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum objectives
  • Mark assessments and provide constructive feedback to support learner development
  • Participate in course planning and quality assurance activities
Role Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent)
  • Experience teaching customer service, business, or related subjects at Level 4+
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in the service sector
  • A current DBS certificate on the update service or dated within the past 12 months
