Pay: £225 per day (temporary) / £42,000 per annum (permanent)
Working Weeks: Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

Are you a skilled and passionate construction professional ready to inspire the next generation of tradespeople?

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skills Construction Tutor to join our team as we launch a brand-new training facility, opening in September 2025. You’ll play a key role from the very beginning — helping to shape the course content, prepare the workshop environment, and contribute to the creation of a high-quality learning experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up the new construction training facility and resources ahead of our September opening

  • Deliver practical, engaging sessions in a range of construction skills (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, painting & decorating)

  • Work closely with a small class of up to 10 learners, supported by two additional staff members in the classroom

  • Monitor and support learners’ progress, helping them to develop both technical ability and workplace readiness

  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience across multiple construction trades

  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for teaching and training

  • A commitment to learner success and continuous improvement
