SEND Coach – Make a Real Difference Every Day
Do you have a passion for helping young people with SEND thrive in their education and beyond?
We’re looking for a dedicated SEND Coach to join an inclusive and forward-thinking education team. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with learners to develop their independence, build work-related skills, and support them in achieving their EHCP outcomes—both in college and out in the community.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting learners with SEND across a range of programmes.

Delivering person-centred interventions and small group community learning.

Collaborating with colleagues, families, and external agencies to create impactful learner support plans.

Promoting independence, social development, and preparation for adulthood.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with SEND learners in an education or community setting.

Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.

Understanding of EHCPs, the SEND Code of Practice, and safeguarding procedures.

Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths, plus a Level 2 (or willingness to achieve) in Autism.
This is a term-time only role within a passionate team that values creativity, compassion, and collaboration. Access to your own transport and an Enhanced DBS check are essential.
