  • Supervise the Learning Resource Centres and Student Voice teams

  • Line manage a Pastoral Support Coordinator delivering bespoke provision for EHCP learners

  • Work collaboratively with curriculum areas and support services to ensure student-centred delivery

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a forward-thinking college that is investing heavily in both learner experience and staff development.

  • A strong commitment to inclusion and holistic learner development

  • A recognised teaching or coaching qualification

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths (Grade A–C / 4–9)

  • A collaborative, proactive, and resilient approach to managing people and projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing high-impact personal development experiences that support wellbeing, employability, and student success.
